Alco start-up current limiter CSS-25U VDE 805205

The Soft Starter in the CSS series is used for limiting the starting current for 1-phase compressors. The integrated starting capacitor increases the moment of torque when the compressor starts and is then shut off. The compressor is constantly monitored during operation and shuts off if the voltage is too low. It is restarted only after a time delay. The green LED flashes during the delay period. If there is a fault, then the red LED will light up; the alarm relay is also activated.
