Order status


With this function of my SCHIESSL you can view the current status of your order at any time, as well as all previous purchases. The order status is divided into 3 status details (e.g. goods delivered, goods available for delivery, goods not yet delivered), which also differ in colour. As soon as you move the mouse over them, a short status report appears, e.g. "Quantity open". This allows you to track the status of your order
 

How can you check the order status? 
 

Step 1: Go to my account and click on → my orders.

 

Step 2: Here you can see an overview of your orders. The Status column shows the status of the order. Click directly in the respective order for which you want to check the status for each item.

 

 

 
Step 3: You can now see the order status of each individual item in the Status column. If you point to the status with the mouse, further details will be displayed.
