Best possible energy efficiency using a patented water layering principle (see diagram in the component catalogue). Optimal safety with a double-walled heat exchanger and the ability to connect leak indicators. Outstanding corrosion-protection from a special enamel coating on the container and non-galvanising integrated heat exchangers. This ensures that no corrosion can occur due to the various properties of the materials used. Easy to service with an NW 200 inspection flange to which no parts are attached. In existing systems, additional heat exchangers can be added up to the maximum possible, without having to remove those that are already installed. Easy to install using removable foam insulation with a PVC sheath. There are no connections at the rear of the container so that insulation can be installed with minimal distance from the wall. All heat exchangers can be configured to lead out to a particular side for easier connection to the refrigerant supply on request. Higher power system can have several heat exchangers set up in parallel. (Additional costs apply)<br> <br> Standing tank designed for 6 bar operating pressure, special container enamel, magnesium anode, including thermometer and insulation. Connections cold/hot water 11/4”.<br> NW 200 inspection flange in lower part of the tank bottom.<br> <br> DX process water heaters need to be handled carefully during transport. The enamel layer is sensitive to shocks and impacts. The heat exchanger is attached to the pipe ends in the bottom of the tank without any additional supports. If transporting over long distances, the process water heater must be placed upright. If not otherwise possible, it can be delivered laid down provided that a truck with good suspension is used.
