The XC600CX family of controllers is designed for the simple implementation of simultaneous control of compressors and fans as well as of both normal and complex rack systems.
Staged, screw, ScrollTM or StreamTM compressors can be used. It is also possible to control two suction circuits with a common condenser.
The control logic with neutral zone depends on the temperature or pressure in the suction line for the compressor and in the hot gas line for the fans.
Using an optimised rotation algorithm, the operating time for different loads can be evenly spread to ensure even wear. Each regulator load has its own isolated protective contact that immediately shuts off the load output when activated.
Optimum safety for the entire system is also provided by the direct 230 V AC contacts for the high and low pressure switches that shut off the entire rack system immediately in an emergency.
The display shows all system information: temperature and pressure values, operating and maintenance status for loads and active alarms.
Depending on the type of refrigerant, the controller can also calculate the temperatures in the suction and hot gas lines from their measured pressures.
The HOT KEY memory card allows all parameter settings to be easily saved, downloaded and transferred between devices.
The unit features a serial communication interface using the standard Modbus protocol. This allows a connection to a building utilities or monitoring system (e.g.: Dixell Xweb500) to be easily set up.
