Power rack controller for controlling compressor and condenser fans in refrigeration and freezer systems. Compressors can be single level, multi-level or have different power ratings. Neutral zones or proportional regulation can be used. A special algorithm provides automatically determines operating hours. Input 4-20 mA for pressure and direct for NTC/PTC sensors for intake pressure or high pressure side. The sensor type is programmable. The refrigerant type can be specified and the internal conversion table allows the display to be changed from pressure to temperature at any time. The front shows complete information about intake pressure or high pressure (temperature), load status, any alarms or service conditions. Each load is assigned its own alarm input. Parameters are password-protected to prevent unauthorised access. Parameters can be stored on a HOT KEY (parameter storage device). An XC440C can also be programmed via a HOT KEY. A convert (XJ485CX No.: 291.3435) can also be used to connect this device to the hot key connection of the XWEB 500 data logging system.
