Schiessl Euroline racks operate with 3 or 4 fully hermetic Embraco compressors with the same cooling capacity. To control the rack, a rack controller is used in combination with a pressure transmitter.

The pressure transmitter is mounted on the intake side and records the actual intake pressure value. The rack controller regulates the cooling capacity of the rack so that the target for suction pressure is achieved as closely as possible. All components are mounted to a tough riveted steel profile frame. All parts of the frame are coated and painted. The rack comes with appropriate shock mounts. A spirit level must be used when setting up the system to ensure it is exactly horizontal. Racks are available with or without a condenser. Oil supply to the compressors is provided by a carefully designed common suction pipe. The compressors are also fitted with an oil equalisation line.
