These pressure-controlled modulating valves control, together with cooling towers, the flow of water in water-cooled condensers with direct dependency on the refrigerant pressure. Can be used in all pressure-dependent water-bearing systems such as heat pumps, heat recovery systems, etc. The valves in the V248 series are controlled by the condenser pressure and release the flow of water to the heat exchange, to the heat exchanger bypass or to both lines. The valves have fast opening characteristics. The design of these stainless steel pressure elements allows a higher refrigerant pressure so that the more environmentally friendly HFC refrigerant R410A can be used.
