INT280 Oil level regulator 230 V.
The INT280 monitors and regulates the oil level in refrigerant compressors. In particularly, this device solves the problem of unsatisfactory oil distribution in power rack systems by actively feeding oil from a common oil reservoir. The oil level regulator keeps the oil level at half the inspection glass height.
How it works:
If the optical monitoring unit detects that the oil level is low, the electronics activate the integrated solenoid valve after a time delay so that oil is fed into the reservoir. Via the solenoid valve, oil cyclically enters the crankcase of the compressor. The INT280 generates an alarm signal and activates the alarm output if the oil level is still too low after a specified period of time. During the oil level alarm, the INT280 electronics continue to operate the solenoid valve so that oil is injected into the crankcase. The alarm is automatically cancelled once the oil level reaches half the inspection glass height.
