The FCP controller is a speed controller for stand-alone fans with phase-angle output and microprocessor control. It controls the speed of the single-phase condenser fans (air conditioning and refrigeration systems) up to two circuits by pressure or temperature, taking the higher value of the two; the speed is controlled to maintain the set point. The feedback signal originates from the pressure sensors (ratiometric 0...5 V sensors) or the temperature sensors (NTC, type STD or HAT).

  • optimises pressure control within the set range, improves refrigeration system performance across a range of weather conditions and reduces energy consumption;

  • limits the maximum speed for reduced noise from the fan (useful in cities where the noise level must be kept below a certain threshold)

  • self-adaptation to the mains frequency (50/60 Hz);

  • programmable digital input (motor protection/second setpoint);

  • Cut-OFF function, activated via dip switches;

  • double setpoint;

  • Expansion with auxiliary power control (FCPM082A10 or MCHRTF*);
