Rotalock hexogon weld nipple, made from easy to weld steel, are welded into containers, collectors, etc. and allow the connection of Rotalock valves, inspection glasses and solder adapters. There is a notch inside the weld nipple into which a PTFE ring is placed. The part to be connected deforms the PTFE ring via a spring when tightened to achieve a seal. Weld-on nipples can be used with all refrigerants and refrigeration oils.
