XP-1A leak detector, complete in case. The TIF XP-1A electronic leak detector finds even the smallest concentrations of refrigerant in the air. Its sensor tip exploits the specific properties of the refrigerant to detect it and signals this visually via the LED display as well as acoustically with an alarm tone. The frequency of the alarm tone increases as you approach the location of the leak. A volume control for the acoustic signal and sensitivity regulator allows you to adapt the device to local conditions.

- For finding refrigerant gas leaks in air conditioning systems, cooling systems and reserve/recovery system tanks. This detector reacts to ALL halogen (chlorine, fluorine) containing refrigerants. This includes, among others:
- CFCs, e.g.: R12, R11, R500, R503 etc.
- HCFCs, e.g.: R22, R123, ...
- For finding refrigerant gas leaks in air conditioning systems, cooling systems and reserve/recovery system tanks. This detector reacts to ALL halogen (chlorine, fluorine) containing refrigerants. This includes, among others:
