The testo 405i hot-wire anemometer is used in combination with a smart phone or tablet to create a compact measurement device for air speed, temperature and volume flow. Thanks to its telescopic tube that can be extended up to 400 mm, it can be used flexibly in rooms and ducts. Users can conveniently read measurement values using the testo Smart Probes app on their mobile device, configure volume flow measurements quickly and easily and reliably determine temporal and punctual average values. The measurement data protocols can then be sent directly as PDF or Excel files. Used in combination with the testo 605i thermo-hygrometer, the testo 405i is also suitable for determining cooling and heating capacities.
